Outline
Auto-inspection function: real-time collect each single cell voltage, batterypack’s terminal voltage, charge and discharge current, ambient temperature, and positive and negative bus to ground voltage.
Discharge function: have constant current discharging according to batterypack capacity, when a cell voltage is lower than the set lower limit value or reaches the set discharge time, AC power loss, etc, it will terminate discharging automatically.
Battery internal resistance test function: adopt DC discharge method to test battery internal resistance.
Auto-balancing function: automatically online adjust the floating charge voltage of each single cell, and maintain its voltage uniformity.
AC inrush DC detection function: automatically monitor whether there is AC inrush DC system in real time.
Parameter setting: the user can set the alarm parameters by himself, including the upper & lower limit of single cell voltage, the upper & lower limit of the whole battery pack voltage, the upper & lower limit of current (current=0), AC inrush threshold, etc.
Alarm function: 1>Over limit of whole battery pack voltage (upper and lower limits); 2>Over limit of single cell voltage (upper and lower limits); 3>Current over limit; 4>AC inrush; 5>Over limit of voltage’s average deviation value; 6>AC power loss; 7>Equipment itself fault; Use sound and light alarm, and automatically save alarm records (including alarm time, alarm contents, etc.), support power-down save, can be consulted any time.
Communication function: the equipment with RJ45, RS485 and USB communication ports. It can communicate with remote server through network to realize remote network centralized monitoring, and export data through USB port.
With multiple expandable I/O ports, which can be used for alarm output and other information collection and control.
Equipped with computer management analysis and monitoring software. Monitor and manage each terminal equipment through LAN (Storage battery pack online monitoring system). It has excellent compatibility and expansibility .
