In order to find the weak cells when discharging. So it is important to use our wireless battery tester and monitor to test and monitoring the individual cell voltages.
SCFLD-W001 wireless storage battery tester, including two parts: wireless collection controller and a number of wireless voltage collection modules. Each collection module is directly connected to two ends of the tested battery. It can automatically collect the battery voltage in real time and upload data to the controller by wireless communication mode. It can collect each single battery voltage, charge& discharge current and ambient temperature in real time. With “intelligent storage battery discharge tester” use, it can automatically control the discharging start and stop. Only by setting discharge time, voltage protection lower limit of batteries and voltage protection lower limit of single battery parameter, it will realize full-automation of discharge process.

u Collect each single battery voltage, battery pack voltage, charge & discharge current and ambient temperature in real time. Data collection is quick and accurate;
u The data communication adopts “wireless communication” method. Real-time, accurately and automatically collect each single cell’s voltage, effectively avoid many defects of wired acquisition method. Each module is completely independent, safe and reliable.
u Wireless voltage collection module adopts dual MCU architecture and high precision voltage acquisition circuit. It has high acquisition accuracy, ultra-low power consumption, strong anti-interference ability, and is compatible with 2V, 4V, 6V and 12V;
u The wireless acquisition controller is with RS485 control interface and USB data export interface. Matched with “intelligent storage batteries discharge tester” use, it can automatically control the discharging start and stop. It will realize full-automation of discharge process and no need person to test single battery voltage;
u Use full color, touch liquid crystal display screen, window-type interface, convient operation, easy to use;
u Display 120 battery cell’s voltage, current, temperature, capacity and the discharging time data. Also the maximum voltage & minimum voltage of 5 battery cells can be magnifying displayed;
u Automatic discharging after setting relevant parameters, If need to remove some backward batteries and continue discharging, or just temporarily stop discharging, it can be achieved through the "stop" function. In the case of a battery voltage loss, the system only gives an alarm,still can continue discharging.
u It can be used independently to detect the charge voltage of each battery in the charging process, directly show the performance difference between batteries, and find out the overcharged and less charged battery;
u Support “break point continued” function under special circumstances, such as “suspend”, “power off” and so on;
u Equipped with a perfect background analysis software. It can download, query, analyze data and print reports, and automatically generate curves, columns, data tables, etc. Also a general “Excel” format file can be exported, which is convenient for data processing and reporting;
u The “wireless voltage acquisition module” has self-protection functions, such as reverse connection, wrong connection, over voltage and so on;
u The instrument is small and light, and can be carried by one person.
